unexpected store exception stuck in bios

My pc had a blue screen unexpected store exception.

Now every boot my pc is stuck in the bios. I unplugged all usb's apart from mouse and keyboard and have resetted bios settings to default. I have a kingston kc3000 m.2 ssd and an extra hdd. I was playing a game and had lots of chrome tabs open. Everything on the m.2 device list says not present! My ssd is only a year old. Ive tried reseating it and placing it in a different slot.

it says "RST install window will open and the file SetupRST_extracted will be created." but it doesnt open anything. The file is also named setupchipset.exe instead of rst and i have adjusted the command for it. but the command just prompts "do you want to allow this app to make changes". then the cmd goes to a new line without making a new file

i dont see where to change the sata mode, under integrated peripherals theres sata hot plug settings and a way to turn the external controller mode from ahci to off. im will try the chipset now
