I'm out of ideas now, Short of a clean install there is nothing I can think of to be sure your windows installation is clean and working correctly to protect you.
A clean install will delete all data on the windows boot drive.

Recently i have installed a cracked game which was my biggest mistake i have ever done. There was an application to disable win defender i used it and now by using it i cant enable it. Whenever i open windows defender from setting it shows blank screen.

2024-03-02T10:37:16+00:00 Create windows USB boot media using the Media Creation tool Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com) (instructions for that are on the website)
When you are ready boot from the new USB created with the tool and select Language > Install now > Custom install. At custom install select each partition on the windows drive Delete until there is only unallocated space.
With unallocated space selected select Next and follow the onscreen instructions. If you are asked for a key select I don't have a key.
Is the D:\ drive shown in File Explorer another physical drive or a partition of one drive in the PC.? Let me know before you proceed.

partition of one drive (512 gb ssd partition in 256 + 256)

2024-03-02T10:56:57+00:00 Okay. So at custom install you must make sure you only delete the windows partitions. You should see the a 256GB partition (which is the D: drive) and the windows installation partitions will be broken into several partitions some MB in size and one other larger GB (the C: drive).
Your D: drive should show as New Volume. In this screenshot the windows partitions are arrowed. In your case they will all be shown as Drive 0. But you can delete any small size partitions.
