Recently i have installed a cracked game which was my biggest mistake i have ever done. There was an application to disable win defender i used it and now by using it i cant enable it. Whenever i open windows defender from setting it shows blank screen.

Of course, it can, but it's WAY, WAY easier to check for a 3 parts antivirus program, than reinstalling Windows. Just do as described in earlier posts... Only taking seconds. Try that first...
If there is any, remove it, and restart... Will Windows Defender open? If yes, you can use your time for other things than reinstalling Windows!!
Uninstalling any third part antivirus program, won't uninstall your cracked game...
Then check for a 3rd party AV or security program installation.

Why won't you check for any antivirus program, that the game may have installed "behind your back"?
Go to Control Panel
Open Programs and features
Look, to see if there is any anitivus program, you haven't installed your self...
Uninstall it
Restart your computer
See if it's possible to open Windows Defender...
If you won't check that, then we can't help you...
