Why has Microsoft not fixed this yet? So many people have this issue. It's not a hardware issue, too many people have it. Fix it!

I have been using this Windows desktop fine since this past December (2023). And starting last week, the mouse I had started lagging. So I tried a different mouse and that also started lagging on the computer.
I have tried the following:
None of those worked. Any ideas would very much help!
EDIT: Plug a wired mouse into your computer

Yes, as I said on Dec 17, doesn't change a thing..
did you try using a USB2 port?
So.... I just replaced my old Intel core i5 win10 PC with a new Ryzen 9 win11 pc and using same display (Samsung 4k TV) and same input devices (Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse)
Initially before ms updates I had a a driver download error.....for HID class input device (obviously mouse keyboard). Every thing seemed to work fine at the time, but to be fair I was only updating after a brand new setup.
Now everything has updated, I don't have any errors or nothing missing from device manager, but I got issues with the mouse and keyboard.
I moved the USB radio device from the rear USB port to the front and and the keyboard started working fine but I'm still getting random but often lag from the mouse... even if no apps are running
Frustrating.....why did I bother upgrading?
Just tried it, doesn't change a thing..
