Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

It seems indeed but after logging off...it's all gone again. Nothing is saved!

Mine only saves when there is a ten second ad before you start playing. If it is a 30 second ad, it will not save any progress you make that session. And if a 30 second as appears later, it also won't save. Somehow the longer ads result in not saving any progress.

Someone mentioned this earlier and it does seem to be the case.

Microsoft knows how to fix it, they just couldn;t be bothered. They want people to pay for a subscription to the game. Ain't gunna happen. I already pay Microsift enough money each month with their rip-off subscriptions.

It is mind boggling when so much ad revenue is made by the likes of MS XBOX Sudoku and the platform is unable to deliver a platform that can deliver what they claim to. This is reminiscent of Windows 95. Thanks for that nearly 30 years later.

I think that the issue with Sudoku (Microsoft Casual Games) not tracking progress has to do with how the app sees an internet connection. I get an internet error, which I can "retry" and it seems to make the games available to play. The value of being logged in is to keep your daily game stats.

I think the app is not recognizing an internet connection and treats you as a "guest" with no login even though I can see my login to XBox on the upper right corner of the screen, so your daily challenge scores are not tabulating. XBox is seeing me as logged in but the app does not.

Can they please fix this?????

Even when i saw my "xbox-name" clearly it forgot most of the days in the past, did not save the score etc.. It has clearly something to do with the adds....Those where just 5 seconds but from one day they became much longer, annoying much longer..

I took my chance to test it to get rid of those annoying adds for the price of one beer in the bar (5 euro), and if it still didn't work i had much more to complain and ask my money back.. But till now it has not forgotten one day..
It definitely has to do something with the advertisements..
