    Thank goodness!! I was getting seriously fed up with seeing the same email appear, "Since we have not heard back from you since our last message a couple of days ago, we are going to consider this issue resolved and will be solving the ticket in our system." At least this time "We hope that is truly the case and you've been able to enjoy our games fully!" is true...

    In my own case, it was exactly 2 months: stopped saving on the 17th March, back to 'what passes for normal' on 17th May.
