Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

I am not only experiencing this problem of not saving daily challenge on Microsoft Sudoku now, but, today, for the first time, also on Microsoft Mahjong. Any advice?

I was all caught up as of yesterday, despite having to play multiple times because of it not saving.

I made sure there were no 30 second ads played. I thought all was well when I ended yesterday with a completed calendar to date.

This morning, I see 0/3 for 05/07/2024 & 05/08/2024 (and today, of course). However, for some reason, 05/09/2024 shows 3/3 completed. I don't know if I'll replay them or not. This is so frustrating.

That's exactly my experience too: not always, but frequently an error message appears after opening the app and trying to click on the game (I play the other MS games every morning - Word, Solitaire, Mah Jong - and currently they're working as they should do), "We're having trouble connecting to the Internet" but there's been absolutely no problem except with the Sudoku game. This morning I find my laptop closed itself down overnight, Word, Solitaire, Mah Jong still saved but Sudoku showing 1 game saved from 1/5 (Irregular), 1 game saved from 3/5 (Classic) with all the rest showing as '0/3'. I've had no end of email exchanges with the ZenDesk support team with regular requests for an update from me, or checking whether I've read their latest update, but nothing seems to change except for that random saved status that's only appeared in the past few weeks. First date that remained saved was 16/4, then 28/4 and 29/4 (all three games saved for each), but just single randoms this month so far. The really puzzling factor is that after I played just the 30/4 games (with the rest of the calendar still showing orange, 0/3, for all but those 3 dates), I got the 'Done' button appearing that indicates all games have been successfully completed (and in March I also got the 'Perfect' banner appear - didn't check last month) while at the same time the progress/coins bar does not reflect the same status, and neither does the calendar. I've been advised to make sure I have the latest/updated version of the game loaded, or delete cache/cookies, or uninstall/reinstall or provide some details I can't find, but in other players' cases that doesn't appear to have had any effect so the players' end seems not to be the problem. It's up to the IT team to sort it out at the issue end, isn't it? While I think of it, Sudoku is the only game where the current date always just shows 'Today' - why is that?

played a level today but then there was a 30 second ad. Closed the app and the level was lost.

Also, i am constantly getting network errors from the app even though there is absolutely no interuption to my internet connection. other have stated this in the past as well. Why so many bugs in the last few months with nothing being fixed

Lastly, sometimes when I click to start a game, the app just 'thinks" and never moves on to the next step. i have to close it down. Left it once to see how long it would take to open the game. Came back after five minutes and it was still thinking.

Microsoft!!!! hello!!!????? Does anyone still work there???

Was finally going well for a few days, and even a 30 second ad seemed ok with keeping the completed games up to date.

Then today, I played after a 30 second ad, and nothing was saved. I thought after this long, this would have been fixed, but i don't know why I thought microsoft could (or would) bother fixing this ongoing issue.

This forum is even on the Microsoft site, yet it still isn't fixed, or been addressed with any positive attempts at resolving this.. They must be too interested in not giving a ****.
