Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

It is mind boggling when so much ad revenue is made by the likes of MS XBOX Sudoku and the platform is unable to deliver a platform that can deliver what they claim to. This is reminiscent of Windows 95. Thanks for that nearly 30 years later.

Mine only saves when there is a ten second ad before you start playing. If it is a 30 second ad, it will not save any progress you make that session. And if a 30 second as appears later, it also won't save. Somehow the longer ads result in not saving any progress.

Someone mentioned this earlier and it does seem to be the case.

Microsoft knows how to fix it, they just couldn;t be bothered. They want people to pay for a subscription to the game. Ain't gunna happen. I already pay Microsift enough money each month with their rip-off subscriptions.

It seems indeed but after logging off...it's all gone again. Nothing is saved!

I didn't do anything different, but it seems to be working today (04/15). I was able to catch up on all the dates in the calendar and they are being saved as completed.

Update, 04/16/24 02:56: I just finished playing today's challenges & found out that the challenges for 04/15 were not saved from yesterday even though I completed them yesterday.

So far, the games have been saving correctly each day for about a week now. All of my May games are up to date.

The games are still saving correctly. Maybe the issue has been fixed.
