Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

I'll give up. There is no more fun in playing this game anymore.

I strongly agree with Neil here, MS recognizes my account, I am not signing in as guest.

Whenever MS has trouble delivering their ads, the results are not saved, the challenges not completed.

Dear Microsoft, please be so kind as not to take it out on the players who want to complete their daily (and monthly) challenges, just because you are not able to deliver ads on MS Windows machines.

You do seem to be able to deliver your ads on Android devices well enough, you should be able to the same on windows 10 and 11.

And if you don't manage that on Windows machines, just count the challenges anyways, this is to a certain point embarrassing.

I think that the issue with Sudoku (Microsoft Casual Games) not tracking progress has to do with how the app sees an internet connection. I get an internet error, which I can "retry" and it seems to make the games available to play. The value of being logged in is to keep your daily game stats.

I think the app is not recognizing an internet connection and treats you as a "guest" with no login even though I can see my login to XBox on the upper right corner of the screen, so your daily challenge scores are not tabulating. XBox is seeing me as logged in but the app does not.

Can they please fix this?????

I also tried all the suggestions listed here, but as of 4/13/24, it is still not saving the progress on the calendar.

The problem dissappeared the last week of March

Now it is back again

Every time you log in When first opened it comes up with MARCH IS OVER...

I can not believe they cant get it fixed
