Microsoft Sudoku not saving my daily challenge results

played a level today but then there was a 30 second ad. Closed the app and the level was lost.

Also, i am constantly getting network errors from the app even though there is absolutely no interuption to my internet connection. other have stated this in the past as well. Why so many bugs in the last few months with nothing being fixed

Lastly, sometimes when I click to start a game, the app just 'thinks" and never moves on to the next step. i have to close it down. Left it once to see how long it would take to open the game. Came back after five minutes and it was still thinking.

I did that already a few times. But even that won't help

I had completed games from yesterday with none of them having an advertisement longer than 15 seconds. Later that day, I reopened the games to find none had been saved. I completed them again before yesterday ended and also completed the ones for this morning after I uninstalled/reinstalled Sudoku this morning. Also, no ads greater than 15 seconds today. Hopefully, they'll stay saved.

In mijn geval is het een andere ervaring: ik heb het spel niet verwijderd/opnieuw geinstalleerd, maar zonder dat te doen heb ik elke dag gespeeld (ik neem een screenshot van elke dag dat ik alledrie de 'medailles' zie verschijnen), maar van de 1/5 is het middelste spel bewaard (Irregular), van 2/5 niets, van 3/5 [gisteren] het linkse [Classic]. Ben benieuwd of er, nadat ik het spel afsluit voor vandaag, één van de nu gespeelde spelletjes bewaard zal blijven...!
