I'm using Windows 10 Version 22H2, Build 19045.4046, but Microsoft PC Manager is not available in the Windows Store.
Can you tell me if the Microsoft PC Manager will be available for this version?

I am in the UK and not sure if that makes any difference but I got mine from here
I'm also in the UK and was able to get it from the Microsoft Store after changing the region to United States. It's better to get it from the official sources rather than from a company which as many bad reviews involving taking peoples money and not providing any service. Therefore I'd warn anyone not to trust that website you linked to.
