Hello,
The 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) will not install on my Windows 10 laptop computer.
I get the following message There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643) Retry
When I click on Retry it says its Installing-0% for a few minutes then Installed-100% and then I get Download Error (0x80070643) There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. Windows Update Troubleshooter could not fix this problem.
I'm not sure what to do, please help.

I like your post and it makes sense, I think, BUT, Are you confident reinstalling W10 will get rid of the problem, it seems too easy to me... I will attempt it, but I wonder will the KB5034441 attempt to install again and start the whole sorry cycle over again...
I can't comment on what I think of MICROSOFTS action, as commenting would get me banned from the community support system...

I had a feeling it was too easy otherwise everyone would have been praising the simplicity of the solution, and let's face it, everyone knows that MICROSOFT did this on purpose to force we W10 users on to their useless MICROSOFT W11...
What a gutless method to use on their "welded on" loyal customers to get a useless follow-on like W11 to some sort of "saleable conclusion"... The hunt goes on!!!
