Hello,

The 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) will not install on my Windows 10 laptop computer.

I get the following message There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643) Retry

When I click on Retry it says its Installing-0% for a few minutes then Installed-100% and then I get Download Error (0x80070643) There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. Windows Update Troubleshooter could not fix this problem.

I'm not sure what to do, please help.

    I have tried many resolution provided on internet but no one can resolve this issue, i am having the same issue again and again.

    The provided link "There is a suggested workaround in this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/windows/release-hea..." is also not found usefull.

    Please provide any resolution or help to resolve this issue

    OK. In that case the script isn't an option with BitDefender enabled. The script used is the same one Microsoft published at:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/add-update-to-winre?view=windows-11#extend-the-windows-re-partition

    You can manually extend the Recovery partition following Microsoft's guide:

    When I entered that string command, I forgot the closing ' . After I added it, my Bitdefender AntiVirus would not accept the command!
