Remember when spyware was a bad thing? It still is. It's just that all the big players have managed to convince us that we WANT them to spy on us because of course we WANT them to send us their goddamned ads. But if it were just about ads, they'd let us opt out of this kind of garbage. It's about the psychological profile. It's about manipulation. It's about greed and power and **** Microsoft all the way up the **** with a baseball bat.
