    I've seen this error code on a lot of different systems and this fix has worked every time I see the recovery partition is at 500meg. Also it's worked for me on both GPT and MBR systems. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf

    KB5034441 will not load. My system may be the problem so I would like to be able to stop getting theis upgrade notice.

    Finally got a clean install to work. They must of fixed the update? Did a boot from usb and reloaded win 10.
