    Hello,

I have an HP OEM OS install of Win 10 with the error on this box ...

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06406376

After trying everything and failing I believe I fall into the catch-all bucket with reads ... and I'm paraphrasing "Some OEM systems are screwed" Would that be referring to this piece of hardware?

Thank you very much in advance!

    Thank You

As long as one is able to install updates then things are ok, and Microsoft just has an annoying broken cache issue. But this is the first time I have encountered this problem. I have been doing updates for years. I was not certain that future updates would occur.

Having the annoying message taken away by running a script from Microsoft is also annoying because the script obviously does call backs since its behavior changes.
