    unistall update for windows 10 for x64-based system (KB5001716) from app & featrures and check update again ... windows update installed successfully (KB5001716)

    I did just that. They need either fix the new update, remove the old update, or scrap the update all together. By the time I get a new laptop with Windows 11 on it, Windows 12 will be out. If they don't be careful, Microsoft users will become Apple users.

    This work around worked out for me Thanks a lot! was really starting to bug me never mind I made the mistake of looking for updates and the error is back my life is ruined. so stupid just going to use the hiding tool and pray for my sanity I forget it's there.
