Windows 10 22h2 security update [KB5034441] fails to install with code: 0x80070643 problem was solved for me with reinstallation of Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool . Took about 5 hours . But the security update that has been giving everyone problems downloaded on the second try . I have , over the last 2 days , been checking for updates to see if it really worked and it appears in the control panel as downloaded . I want to thank that guy who suggested that fix . I did not do a clean install . I kept my files and apps

I'm not telling what to do . If you don't want to try this that's your business . But don't say it isn't a fix until you try it then you can come back at me and blast me for it not working . But until you try it please continue messing with your own partitions

My PC has a 500 MB recovery partition and i still have this error.

Everybody has a 500 MB recovery partition. The update tells you if your free space is sufficient or not.
Not according to the partition manager, which reports that my recovery partition is 100% free space, with a total volume of 509mb.
This is not a fix. Nor is it acceptable to blow my machine away because Microsoft can't make an update work correctly on existing machines.

This command line is the only way to see the actual free space inside the winre partition.
