Windows 10 22h2 security update [KB5034441] fails to install with code: 0x80070643 problem was solved for me with reinstallation of Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool . Took about 5 hours . But the security update that has been giving everyone problems downloaded on the second try . I have , over the last 2 days , been checking for updates to see if it really worked and it appears in the control panel as downloaded . I want to thank that guy who suggested that fix . I did not do a clean install . I kept my files and apps

    just discover one more thing. i cannot delete stuff into the recycle bin.

    i have even worse problem after updating this.

    the updates failed, all my icons on taskbar are gone (now they look like just flat square), i cannot open any of disk properties (right click from explorer), my explorer icons also gone blank. my desktop icon are also gone only file name displayed.

    badly need step by step help for this issue.

    Also, disk clean up (cleaned up everything, including runiing the system clean up) did not help.

    I am using W10 Pro, and to recap ...

    I don't have bitlocker turned on, and recovery disk is at 3GB

    Got the update to work as follows:

    1: Turn off bitlocker.

    2: Perform the update and all other updates.

    3: Turn bitlocker back on (you’ll now have two encryption options to select from.).
