The solution is not as simple as Estrella states. The issue is the current Microsoft provided drivers for Camera Sensor and AVStream are defective. Users have to revert to earlier versions after an update to restore access to their built in cameras. See my many posts on this error. I have proven through regression testing which versions work and which do not. I now have blocked the ones that work from being changed.
