    Microsoft and Intel refuse to acknowledge that the updated drivers for both the Camera Detect and AVStream are faulty. The only recourse I have discovered is to revert those two drivers to the 63.... versions from the 64.... versions. That process is difficult if you don't have third-party software that monitors and allows reverting device drivers.
