    You won't have use of F10 to control camera access unless your laptop has a built-in camera. Otherwise, you must use Settings/Privacy & Security/Camera (under App Permissions)/Camera Access.

    If your laptop does not have a built-in camera and microphone, you will need to purchase a USB-powered unit. Installation will be easy.
