Hi GodfreyJeremiah,
My name is Estrella, and I'm a Microsoft user like you. I'll be more than happy to help.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. Are you using a laptop or a desktop computer?
Method 1: Locate a button on your keyboard featuring a camera symbol, typically on the F1-F12 keys.
Similar to this:

Press that key or Fn + the camera logo key to enable the camera and then you can use it again.
Method 2: Check for a Camera switch button just like the image here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cam...
Method 3: Press the Windows key + X, and choose Device Manager.
In Device Manager, expand Cameras or Imaging Devices, right-click your camera, and select Uninstall Device.
Ensure to tick "Delete driver software for this device" when prompted.
Restart your PC; Windows will reinstall the drivers automatically.
Check if the issue is resolved.
I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any more questions, feel free to reply to this message. Thank you
