    This is how I fixed mine:

    Some laptops and other devices have a physical switch or button to turn the camera on or off. When the switch is off, Windows doesn't register the camera.

    Check your device for a camera switch or button and make sure it is switched on.

    You have stated the obvious, which is typically what either Samsung or Microsoft Support state. Don't forget that some laptops like mine use F10 to toggle the blocking of the camera and microphone. Mine could do that, but the issue as stated in this thread is NOT that the camera and microphone are blocked, but that NO CAMERA IS FOUND. Quite a different topic.
