Camera app shows error "0xA00F4244 NoCamerasAreAttached"

It's infuriating. I'm also struggling with Microsoft about file sharing within Onedrive (something that used to work perfectly, now doesn't). I got a "yeah, we can't do anything to restore that function but please continue to pay your yearly subscription."

Neither Mircosoft who issued the driver that broke the camera detection and AV processing nor Samsung provided any assistance. Intel is the actual creator of the drivers according to the information for the drivers. Samsung just wanted me to ship the laptop to a repair center or, get this, give them about what I originally paid for the Book 3 and they would give me a new Book 4.

Thanks Dan, I know that you have Norton Driver Updater and I have no doubt that it is a driver problem.

I have a in built pop up webcam on my All In One HP pavillion.

First I have discovered that the camera is considered ON when the webcam is down but immediately I pull up the webcam the camera is not discoverable (that gives the different images that I shared earlier: drivers visible v drivers grayed out in the device manager.)

When the webcam is down (OFF) and I can access the drivers to click on their properties the only options I have are to update drivers ( which are up to date) disable and uninstall. The option to ROLL BACK is not an option, it is grayed out.

I will keep typing here in the hope that someone from Microsoft will offer some input.
