I cannot see mouse pointer on my Window 11 laptop. What should I do?

My model is Lenovo Yoaga series. I left it in tablet mode and let it sleep for a night. When I try to use it in the morning, I can only use touchscreen option. I have tried methods like going to control panel, settings, device manager, but it still doesn't work. Or maybe I could be doing wrong as well. Can someone advise me how to bring the cursor back?

    Thank you so much for that answer. I should have noticed this but have become lazy apparenty when it comes to looking at the keyboard to figure out if it was something I did while hurredly working. I did manage to discover all sorts of shortcut keys to get around the problem. It wasn't until I had troble with resizing tables on word that I finally broke down and took the time to research further. Clearly I made this mistake messing with my volume toggle fcuntions with one hand and now I am smacking my forehead.

    Software upgrade last evening and pointer and touch screen not working. Hard reboot and touch screen began to work but not mouse on my Lenovo yoga. I have tried your steps and pointer still not working.

    Any other options?

    I went through HP to update my BIOS and it brought my cursor back. For anyone who is still having this issue and have access to an external mouse you can temporarily use to do this. However, note that for me, personally, my touchpad has been finicky since the moment I bought this laptop and every so often it will stop registering my touch. Not sure why but yea.

    This is the 4th time this has happened to me. Each time all of the suggestions don't work and it is some random, non-consistent thing that "fixes" the missing pointer on my laptop. I have grown to hate windows 11 for this one seemingly irreparable glitch. The first time it happened I took my laptop to Bestbuy and even the geeks couldn't figure it out. None of the suggestions on this page have resolved my issue this time. Luckily I have a touchscreen and an old laptop as a backup.
