I cannot see mouse pointer on my Window 11 laptop. What should I do?

My model is Lenovo Yoaga series. I left it in tablet mode and let it sleep for a night. When I try to use it in the morning, I can only use touchscreen option. I have tried methods like going to control panel, settings, device manager, but it still doesn't work. Or maybe I could be doing wrong as well. Can someone advise me how to bring the cursor back?

    Hi Sid

    Thank you for posting your solution. This worked for me after weeks on the pointer disappearing and disable/enable or uninstall/restart occasionally working. I am not sure what is causing the problem in the first place but so far this solution has 100% success rate for fixing it.

    I have also reported the underlying problem which causes the pointer to disappearing to Microsoft and this is currently under investigation.

    Update: The 'turn the touchpad on/off' function will not fix the problem today. I checked the driver status and the usual error was showing.

    So back to waiting for Microsoft to identify the route cause of the problem

    Awwwwh - finally a suggestion that worked on my Lenova Yoga Windows 11 - thank you!

    I forced shutdown as you said and voila: pointer returned!

    I have that same slashed microphone as F4 key, too, and no button with a slashed screen picture. Did you find a solution?
