I cannot see mouse pointer on my Window 11 laptop. What should I do?

My model is Lenovo Yoaga series. I left it in tablet mode and let it sleep for a night. When I try to use it in the morning, I can only use touchscreen option. I have tried methods like going to control panel, settings, device manager, but it still doesn't work. Or maybe I could be doing wrong as well. Can someone advise me how to bring the cursor back?

    First, none of this matches what I see on my screen. I don't have a "hide the mouse pointer while typing" option. And why did it disappear in the first place? This happens every couple of months, apropos of nothing.

    Yeahhh good point, I think these directions expect you to have a touchscreen, or to be able to memorize where your cursor is.

    CLEAR CASH TEMPORARY FILES, only thing that made it for me, YES!!!!

    After trying all other suggestions, only this made it happen.

    No idea how windows cash has anything to do with it, but it works

    This is getting closer. Though your suggestion did not work for me (touchpad was on, and I did on/off a few times), I found that I can turn on the virtual touchpad (screen touch touchpad) and then there is a cursor. So I think it is actually an issue with the touchpad.

    Thanks so much for describing the icon as it's the F8 key on my laptop.

    This just happened to me while I was sanitizing my mouse and keyboard (Dell Inspiron 15, Windows 11). F8 worked wonders! Thanks for the suggestion!

    Ok, so now I'm having a different type of mouse disappearance. I don't know how it happened this time, but the buttons aren't working. I've tried restarting as well as looking into the menus. Nothing. I'm glad I at least have a touchscreen, but it's annoying this happened twice in less than two weeks.
