    Phone link from the computer has started sending group chat messages to the wrong contacts. Trying to reset everything by removing all linked devices but I am unable to do so.

    I wasn't actually able to remove my duplicate device, but I was able to get it reconnected.

    Essentially removed Phone Link and Cross Device Services from the PC with Powershell and CMD prompts, deleted associated folders, removed devices... it was a pain in the ****, but eventually worked.
