    I suspect it will be fixed in win 11 to get you to move to it

    They're purposely keeping this problem in the app to store your phones information.

    Thank you for your suggestion but the instructions, even though accompanied by a screenshot, do not apply. I have a new Pixel 9 and no longer have the Pixel 7a; the latter is the device I want to remove from Phone Link. My laptop is a XPS 13-9310 running Windows 11 Pro. The Phone Link app is up-to-date also (v. 1.24102.96.0).

    It is now December 2024. Will this issue be resolved anytime soon? I'm about to go searching around in the registry and yanking anything out that has my old phone name in it.
