    Me too - and the app will NOT sync with my new phone for more than 10 seconds.

    Exact same problem. How difficult is it for MS to understand and fix this.

    Where's the fix!?

    I have this exact same problem and shame on MS for not responding and fixing!

    OLD DEVICE NO LONGER AVAIALBLE - CANNOT UNLINK FROM APP ON PHONE

    NEED TO REMOVE/DELETE DEVICE FROM PHONELINK ON PC

    COME ON MICROSOFT, GET OFF YOUR **** AND FIX THIS.
