They won't let anyone switch out...it's to piss everyone off.

When I follow the steps in the Microsoft Store to try to switch out of S mode, all I get is a message:
"Something happened and we couldn't start the upgrade"
and a Try Again button.

2024-11-01T22:44:04+00:00 One shouldn't have to do trail and error to choose how to opt out of S mode. Microsoft has it made that way to prevent you from doing so.
