Pc restarting after closing a game

Before assuming it's a hardware issue, it's a good idea to also test with an older Nvidia driver.

Try one from at least 3 months ago.

Search and download an older driver from the link below.

– Under "Windows Driver Type", leave "DCH" selected.

– Under "Recommended/Beta", leave "Recommended/Certified" selected.

You will need to use DDU again to remove the current driver. I suggest disconnecting from the internet during the entire procedure.

See if the system will work stable after installing the old driver.

If you have GeForce Experience installed, temporarily disable the automatic driver updates in the application settings.

If the problem persists even with the older driver, I suggest you use the free MemTest86 tool for a deep check of your RAM.

The deep scan can take a long time, depending on how much RAM you have. So do it at a time that suits you.

Feel free to send a photo of the test result.

Regarding testing the GPU, it is recommended to test on another device if available. There is no reliable tool for testing GPU via software.

I've had cases where GPU testing software didn't indicate any problem with the GPU, but in fact, there was a problem with the GPU.

If it is a hardware problem, how do i check ?

There are two possibilities for the problem to persist after the clean install of Windows.

1. It is a hardware problem with the graphics card, the RAM memory, or the motherboard.
2. The Nvidia driver automatically installed after the clean install of Windows is the source of the problem. Even when updating to the latest version of the Nvidia driver, some problems may persist. Therefore, I am suggesting you clean install the Nvidia driver with the internet disabled.

This is a clean install of Windows.

In this case, follow the procedure I suggested. But, after downloading the DDU and the Nvidia Driver, disconnect from the internet during the entire procedure.

(Turn off Wi-Fi or disconnect the Ethernet cable.)
