Hello,
When i'm closing a game (especially skull and bones), my pc reboots, i did some digging in the windows event log and i saw that it was this error which was causing the reboot: 0x00000116.
I already tried updating my drivers, formatting my hard drives and updated my bios but i still have this error and i have no idea what to do now.

Based on the behaviors you mentioned, I don't think it's the power supply. And the wattage of your power supply meets, with a certain margin, the needs of all components.

Your SSDs are healthy.
In this case, it may have been only a coincidence that the system worked stable after performing the clean install.
As you have already done all the software-related procedures and your disks are healthy, I suggest consulting a technician you trust to check the other components of your PC.

Based on this new information, I suspect a disk issue.
Check the "health" of your HD/SSD using Crystal Disk Info.

(On this same page, there is the download of another app. The "Crystal Disk Mark". Do not download Crystal Disk Mark. Download only the "Crystal Disk Info".)
Download the "Standard Edition" by clicking on the "ZIP (XP-)" button.
Extract the ZIP and run the file "DiskInfo64.exe".
The health result of your HD/SSD will be displayed. See if there are any alerts.
