Awesome. I'm not very techie....so if you have a step-by-step process, that would be great.
Thx,
Jim.

I've been repeatedly trying to install this update, but each time I try to launch the update, it will suddenly stop at 96% and tell me there was something wrong with the install and my PC files would return to the previous "un-updated" state.
I've tried every method I could easily find online (Removing all non-essential hardware, did clean boot into Windows, et cetera.), but none of them fixed the isue and I'm suspecting it's a deeper, less common issue.

Thx John. I've had 2 high tech techies take a look as well. One has all the MS certs you can get...nothin'! Everyone seems to be scratching their heads on this one! Guess we'll wait on MS.
Jim.
Reinstalling windows from the cloud fixed the issue for me, I was even able to keep my personal files
I did a "clean" install at least twice, and it didn't work.
Fingers crossed that Microsoft will either come up with a new update that bypasses Win 11 Update 23H2, or sell me Win 12.
Have had this issue for months, and nothing I've tried has worked...including everything I've read in this thread.
