Why we can't move the taskbar in windows11. Can we bring the updates in this version, to move the taskbar position?
Hello,
I am facing so much of difficulties while working, as I am habituated to use the task bar position to top or right side of the screen. but Windows 11 doesn't have this feature to move the taskbar. Could you please bring this solution, to move the task bar.
Thanks

If it's of any interest to the people of MS that are so desperate to get us off of 10, this is the one feature holding me back.
I keep buying, new computers that come with 11, reformat the hardrive, and install 10 JUST so I can move the task bar.

Hope this help microsoft to change there decision and bring back task bar movement to left, right or top as needed.
Request other to post same feedback using pressing "Windows+F" to notify Microsoft. As Microsoft windows 11 user, Many I spoke are used to have task bar align to right (not task bar alignment). Main looking for right side task bar. taskbar at top/left/right other then bottom of screen.
I have been missing many notification as my eyes are usually my eyes concentrated on top of screen with task bar at bottom.
Advantages of have task bar at right/left.
Many important apps pinned have notification are visible with upper part of screen.
Task Name are horizontal and allows to have lot many with stacking them on vertical task bar. Ignoring task icons.
Mouse cursor is swift to move to top right to select app or start button to open them.
Much larger horizontal screen while task bar is at right as much screens are narrow horizontally but vertically long.
With word or excel taskbar horizontal space reduces much due to its Icon or ribbons. leading much lesser screen space horizontally
Hope this mentioned points help to take decision and allow this feature back.
