Why we can't move the taskbar in windows11. Can we bring the updates in this version, to move the taskbar position?

Please submit this issue to the Windows feedback hub. Hopefully they will return the taskbar move feature is enough of us complain.

I have the taskbar set to disappear. Yet when I try to take a snip the taskbar comes up automatically and I can't take a full snip of the bottom part of the document. In Windows 10 I just moved it to the top and I could get the bottom snip without interference.

Please, bring that ability back. It is extremely frustrating to use Windows 11 because of that.

While I'm not sure that Microsoft even monitors this site (I haven't seen any evidence of it in the last 1/2 dozen replies...) one can only hope that the large and growing number of dissatisfied customers might gain at least a modicum of attention. I heartily agree with a previous observation that with this limitation, Windows 11 becomes a downgrade rather than an upgrade. They've been allowing the task bar to move for, I'd dare say, the previous half a dozen versions of Windows - and a significant percentage of their customer base prefers moving the task bar. It seems either the height of hubris or at best the worst of negligence to do nothing about fixing this problem.

Design choice of MS is not practical . If you would locate taskbar on left or right side you may squeze more apps horizontally and and read the app/file names on the same time.

Unfortunately this a community helpdesk, there is no evidence that Microsoft even look at this let alone respond to it.

In fact there is little evidence that they pay much attention to the feedback hub which is their nominated channel of communication, I don't count the limited platitudes they add to feedback given as a constructive response. The one covering this issue has been ignored for over a year now.
