I can report this.

Yesterday afternoon there were two releases for 'Windows Terminal' (current and preview).
I usually download the 'msixbundle (Microsoft.WindowsTerminalPreview_1.22.3232.0_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle) from the GitHub site and install it by hand.

I know there is a lag between when it is posted on GitHub and available in the store.

I decided to wait till it hit the Store.

Side note: When updates hit the Store, there is (apparently*)* a mechanism that downloads and installs (APPS) in the background. I realized this because when I launch the Store and select Downloads from the left-hand panel, I will see a list of my acquired APPs with an indication of 'Modified Today/Yesterday/Modified on this date.' So, when it works it does so well.

Today I fired it up hoping to download Windows Terminal. No Joy.

I verified the Microsoft Account Sign-In Assistant was running. I toggled it off/on but still no joy.

I verified my Window display language [English United States] and the Regional Format [English United States]. Tried again. Still No Joy.

Being impatient, I downloaded the 'msixbundle' files from GitHub. Sometime later, out of curiosity, I fired the Store up again: it was no longer offering to download those two files. I thought that was cool. And the other Apps that wouldn't download earlier had magically installed. (Thinking back on this, I am very sure I received a Notification when they auto installed.

Sorry to report it still is intermittent. Are there any logs I can send to help resolve this problem?

I have the same issue , I'm running windows 10 pro. I run the troubleshooter but it says temporary internet folder moved, the catch is I didn't move it. It says it corrected it but nothing changed. Then says i need to look online for solutions. Smh. I spent countless nights trying to figure it out. My games still work until I have a update. I'm thinking about buying another computer and designing it to run without the store because its nothing but problems. I'm have issues with my work computer too. Both computers are at different locations. I just chalked it up to crappy poor programing. Windows is trying to be like Apple with subscription based services and store running apps when they just need to fix the issue. Attached screenshot.

That is interesting about the folder being moved because ONCE I got a message indicating there was no connection to the Internet while in another, I was getting updates from my bank. Perhaps, the problem (something went wrong on our end) isn't on their end but rather in the client.

In the Windows Update today was

2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for arm64 (KB5046740) and

2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for

arm64 (KB5048162).

After it was applied, I did get three updates from the Store without an error. I will continue to monitor it.

But no joy for the Feedback Hub app. And the File Explorer option '. . .' (see more/see less) still pops up rather than down. You must drag the window down because the pop-up gets truncated, and it is tall. It seems, this is 'fixed' in every major release.

Sorry about your angst. For the last few days the STORE has been working flawlessly for me. It's magic. It would be nice if Microsoft informed us of any change they applied. Windows 12 Arm64.
