Has 3d Builder been Removed from Microsoft Store?

I've spent the better part of an hour trying to find a download for 3d Builder but no luck. It doesn't show up in the microsoft store when you search for it & the web page link to download it takes it to the microsoft store page with no download button. Any info would be appreciated.

    This was the only thing that worked for me. I guess some are able to see the download not greyed out, all I see is a message that says download no longer available, but I see nothing no matter what I do. For me the non tech guy I clicked on the short link then inserted the app.microsoft link into the box then clicked the check box, then appears a bunch of links what I did was copied the link text starting with 1 and searched with Find (Ctrl + F) right clicked on link and Save link as and a save file window pops up. Now for me I had a problem with being disconnected and it tried to save an HTML instead of file. When it did try and save file I got a message that said Insecure Download I then just clicked Keep.
