Updating bios is a hard process and i dont have an USB what do I do to fix it please

Hello I am encountering this error and unable to update, i have WinRe enabled, i tried this fix which seems it works always but for me doesnt https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf this link, now sure what to do now, i did step by step as instructed there, i did the troubleshoot didnt work, i tried repairing corrupted files didnt work too. Any fixes??thanks

2024-06-22T17:03:51+00:00 I did a bit of Mem test couldnt get it all done, but no issues regarding RAM, how can i troubleshoot graphics card, CPU, motherboard and power supply? Also can that error also be caused when you lose power for a pc for a milisecond? thanks
