Is there sideffect i did a little bit of digging and it can broke the game up, and is that permanent solucion or just a bandaid?

Hello I am encountering this error and unable to update, i have WinRe enabled, i tried this fix which seems it works always but for me doesnt https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf this link, now sure what to do now, i did step by step as instructed there, i did the troubleshoot didnt work, i tried repairing corrupted files didnt work too. Any fixes??thanks
