3D Builder has disappeared from my Windows 10 and the MS store doesn't have a download option to put it back

The title pretty much says it all.

For some reason 3D Builder is no longer listed on my PC. It does not exist in Add/Remove programs either. No idea why.

The point is that I can't get it back because when I go to the MS store there is no download button available.

How do I get 3D builder reinstalled on my PC?

You can download the offline installer from Microsoft via https://store.rg-adguard.net/

  1. Visit https://store.rg-adguard.net/
  2. Paste the following link in the text box provided: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9wzdncrfj3t6
  3. Click the button with a tick mark.
  4. Download these three files:

(a) Microsoft.WindowsPreview.Kinect.8.1_2.0.1410.19000_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx

(b) Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00_12.0.21005.1_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.Appx

(c) Microsoft.3DBuilder_2015.209.2327.4143_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appxbundle

  1. Install items (a) and (b). Then, run the .AppxBundle file to install it.

    I also tried following the following the instructions for completely removing it from my PC.

    However, it seems that all the things I need to remove are already gone.

    Where do I go from here?

    The link you provided does take me to a page with 2 links on it...

    1. Download
    2. View in store

    Clicking on either of those buttons results in the same thing.

    They both open the MS Store with 3D builder displayed, but there is no "Get" button to actually get it (screenshot of that is below).

    It's not really a case of preventing reinstallation. It's more a case of not offering it in the first place (beyond that first link you sent).
