i tried all ways to upgrade or reinstall windows but it's not enough !! (windows 10\11 installation has failed )

The same driver package failed to migrate. Let's try removing it.
Open admin Command Prompt, and run:
md c:\drivers
dism /online /export-driver /destination:c:\drivers
If the above operation is successful, run the following:
pnputil /delete-driver oem56.inf /uninstall /force
pnputil /delete-driver oem36.inf /uninstall /force
Re-run Windows Setup.

Another set of drivers failed to migrate. Please share the latest setupact.log.
Note: This error can happen again if multiple driver packages have files missing. If you don't want to troubleshoot this, you can do a Reset (with the Keep my files option.)
