i cant reset my laptop (lenovo) and i cant reinstall windows 10 and i cant install windows 11

i tried all ways to upgrade or reinstall windows but it's not enough !! (windows 10\11 installation has failed )

    No driver errors this time. But the DLL reagent.dll failed to load or is missing.

    Delete C:$WINDOWS.~BT

    Download fresh Windows 11 ISO.

    Rerun setup.
