i cant reset my laptop (lenovo) and i cant reinstall windows 10 and i cant install windows 11

i tried all ways to upgrade or reinstall windows but it's not enough !! (windows 10\11 installation has failed )

    That doesn't look like WinRE. Have you booted into WinRE and accessed the Reset option?

    You may consider doing a Reset (via WinRE) with the Keep files option.

    Choose "Cloud download" when prompted.

    Delete C:$WINDOWS.~BT

    Download fresh Windows 11 ISO.

    Rerun setup.
