What do I have to do to speak to an actual human?

Brought here by a search? Two posts in this thread, both on page 5 may be helpful. The post by neilpzz and the post by criggs. The thread is locked because it's not at all likely that another helpful post will appear.

In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

    Do you want to give an answer that actually helps people ?? Here I am never even HAVING microsoft account and I had to make one to fix my issues how the hell does that work ?? You are stealing $30 a month from my bank and card despite my changing all my bank details twice over. There's no way to get through phone lines to a human and you're telling everyone the ONLY way to fox ANYTHING is to have a microsoft account and log in to chat with support ?? HELL NO. fix your options now and fix peoples problems. This is one of the oldest standing tech companies around y'all don't get to treat everyone like trash.

    Why do you think that Microsoft is "stealing $30 a month from [your] bank and card"? Because Microsoft's name is on the charge? That's easily faked.

    You know that you didn't buy anything from Microsoft. Heck, you don't even have a Microsoft account to begin with. So how could Microsoft be charging you?

    Thieves from the internet have stolen your information, and they're the ones who are taking your money. This week they are posing as Microsoft. Next week they could be Amazon or Facebook or anyone else.

    What you have to do now is to safeguard your identity from being further abused. If you live in the United States, start with the US government's Identity Theft website.

    2. I've spoken with microsoft and they've verified the transaction and refuse to take action
    3. With changing my cards, banks, and numbers continuously and not having the new info online doing pretty solid with not getting "scammed" in any other way.

    Never had an issue anywhere else except the occasional spam phone call.

    Xoxo don't blame the customer always lol were not all stupid!

    *odd how a stranger is willing to try and beef in the comments of a microsoft post where no customer service help is obviously not an isolated issue lol*

    I been trying to talk to a specific online no luck I'd really like to talk to a person that can help me I bought a xbox gold card from Walmart spent $60 I can't redeem my card I have my sales receipt plus a case number please can someone call me 765 299 1071

    Josh,

    This is a user forum and we don't have access or ref to Case Numbers. Also we will not call you. Because you have posted your phone number to an open forum if you get a phone call it will not be from Microsoft or any other legit source. I suggest you remove it as soon as possible.

    You will need to keep trying using the Get Help app in windows and enter Chat with an agent then select Contact Support. Look for call back or webchat options.

    I'm sorry to say they don' make it easy. Other than that get a refund from Walmart.
