In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

Hello my same is Sam i am a business owner trying to connect to my Microsoft 365 account. i bought a new laptop at best buy with a subscription to Microsoft 365 and have not been able to use it once with my business account. i have been trying for weeks to get ahold of a Microsoft representative and have had no luck. I would love to solve this simple issue.

It's very unlikely you will get a response when you reply to a post from June. I would suggest you start your own thread by making a new post using Get Started > Ask a Question at the top of this forum.

Just remember there are Office 365 specific forums (under Microsoft 365 and Office) here that may be able to offer support for your problem.

To contact Microsoft support directly the only method is usually the Get Help app in windows.

    Thanks Chiara

In the end I asked a very tech savvy friend. But the issue seems to resolve itself without me doing anything! Very weird. My advice is to make sure you have a geek (I mean that with admiration!) person in your life. Failing that, you can do things like Dial a Geek. They will charge but hopefully not too much.
