Hi, I really need to speak with a real human too! The 'support' and 'help' pages are not supportive or helpful at all and I'm getting so frustrated just trying to get my Mail account back up and running on my phone after it blocked me randomly and now a number of my notes have disappeared! How do i speak to someone and get some assistance with this please?
What do I have to do to speak to an actual human?

In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

2025-03-07T22:18:18+00:00 How did you get through to someone? Even if they barely speak English...I'm losing the will!

2025-03-07T23:14:39+00:00 Several people have been helped by my instructions. My instructions are on page 5 of this thread, beginning with the words "Well, I FINALLY figured out."
I can tell you, however, that there's no way to contact them by phone now; the phone number has been reprogrammed to send everyone to the web site. However my method, which will get you in touch with someone through chat, will sometimes end up with a phone call, because the chat reps will sometimes agree to call you on the phone AS LONG AS YOU WENT FOR THE CHAT OPTION FIRST.

2025-03-09T11:56:00+00:00 I can not get into my account to cancel. I do not have the email associated with my account anymore and it just keeps telling me the only way I can get help is to log in??? My computer was stolen and when I got my new one i had to buy a new subscription to windows since I couldn't access my other account. I am certain Microsoft will just continue to auto charge the old one and now the new one...how can I cancel???
