In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

    Why is everything so difficult..

Why cant I just call someone and cancel this subscription?? It seems like everyone spends hours trying to do without the simple method of actually getting help??

I get a message saying it was recovered and to click on this link to reset password but it goes to a page that asks what account i am trying to recover and when I put the name in it asks for password and then says "that is the wrong code" but it doesn't ask for or send me a code. I have a screenshot but don't know how to upload

I have another account and had to buy a new subscription because I can't access the one on the email I don't have. So now I assume Microsoft is just going to keep charging my other subscription (whichbis on a stolen computer so I don't even have/use it) because I can't get into the account to cancel. So now what?

I would recommend, if you can, to create a brand new Microsoft account. That way, at least you can get into the system. Once you're in the system, follow my instructions posted elsewhere in this thread and explain the problem.
