In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

I suggest you take a look at my instructions instead. They've always worked for me when I needed to contact Microsoft, and for most of the people to whom I give them. My instructions are posted currently on page 5 of this thread (it tends to move around, for some reason; sometimes it's on page 4). They begin with the words "Well, I FINALLY figured out."

Good luck, and please let us know whether this solves the problem.

Your directions provide the following result: I cannot find the categories you mention on the website you say to go to. If I find anything that even remotely looks like it might be able to answer my questions and click on it, I get this result, "This request is blocked." All I need is to find out what Microsoft claims is a past-due invoice is for. I cannot tell you how many hours of my personal time I have wasted trying to get a simple answer. What is wrong with your company that it doesn't allow me to speak to a human being? Until I can get an answer to what I am being charged for, I will just assume that this is spam and not make any payment.

You can use the Get Help app in windows. (as previously mentioned) Enter chat with an agent then select Contact Support. They are the only ones that can help with account problems.

In your case you can try here Xbox Support
